heavy & light

My life is this constant mix of heavy & light, hard & soft.

I deal with these hard heavy hitting things that roll over me like an 18 wheeler. And peeling myself from the payment I lift off and float into the light and soft portions I am dealt: giggling with my blonde haired munchkin, reciting poetic lyrics & enjoying a sweet confection.

I have a headache & can't breath through my nose from a tearful prayer time, but now that I let it all out and left it with Jesus all I want to do is plan my future cat party.

Haha. I know I'm crazy. But I mean really, who doesn't want to attend a cat party?! (Maybe *dog people I guess.) I'm not sure why I am SO attracted to this idea that I came up with last month, because I am not a crazy cat person (I had cats growing up, but that's about it.) Nevertheless--get excited for my impending cat party with some of my pins from my pinterest cat party board.
Yes. I. Am. So. Serious.

I know what you're thinking: That cat party looks like it is going to be off the chain.
And my friend--you are right.

*Ps. I am also PRO Dogs & puppies of course. I am not one of those people that makes you pick one or the other.

  5. I can relate to those tearful times with Jesus. I listened to this talk a few days ago by Tim Keller and my spirit was comforted.

PS - weird quirk - it restarts at 15:00, so if you do happen to listen to it just start there.
